We get ARC approval for the plans or make adjustments to gain permit approvals
Design
Once Architecture is complete, we will finalize the Design of your home by choosing fits and finishes for cabinets, trim, flooring, tile and other design elements that will make your home truly yours
Site Work
Groundbreaking and lot preperation marks the start of construction of your luxury custom home
Foundation
Once we have prepared your lot and marked the placement of basement walls or the foundation, we will bring you to the site to approve that work and ensure that everything is just the way you like it.
Framing
Framing is one of the most exciting steps because the walls and roofline will bring your custom design to life and you’ll start to see your home take shape.
Mechanicals
We will rough in the placement of all mechanical systems and then we will walk through your custom home together to adjust the placement and location of things like air vents, light fixtures, electrical sockets and plumbing so we can make sure they are exactly the way you want them.
Walls
Interior & Exterior Sheetrock, window trim, base boards, crown molding
Finishes
During this step, we will install your custom choices of paint, cabinets, floors and other finishes
Certificate of Occupancy
Our project manager will go through with the final inspection checklist as they walk through your entire house with you to ensure that everything is perfect.
